1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 777f Platform, accessing or using any service offered through the Platform, or clicking any acceptance button during the registration process, you acknowledge that:

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account, deposit funds, or place wagers on the 777f Platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory KYC verification. 777f reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active 777f Account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777f employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777f reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the 777f registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, and your active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. 777f reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 777f login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 777f staff will never ask you for your password. If you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact 777f support via live chat. 777f accepts no liability for losses resulting from credentials that have been disclosed to or obtained by a third party as a result of your own conduct.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

777f operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations under international gaming regulations. KYC verification is required before an account may make deposits beyond the initial registration limit, process any withdrawal, or access the full feature set of the Platform.

4.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

4.3 Withdrawal Restriction Pending KYC

A balance in an unverified account earns no special status — the verification requirement applies regardless of the account balance size.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777f accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 777f's discretion. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Deposit Currency & Processing

All deposits are received and credited to your 777f Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to PKR deposits. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your account instantly in the normal course of operations. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to be confirmed and credited depending on the sending bank.

5.3 Deposit Limits

777f applies minimum and maximum deposit limits which may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. 777f reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Individual account limits may also be applied by 777f for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

Deposits made to 777f must represent legitimate funds held legally by you. You warrant that all funds deposited to 777f originate from lawful sources. 777f reserves the right to suspend an account, freeze its balance, and conduct a funds source investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are derived from unlawful activity. 777f may request evidence of the source of funds as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your 777f Real Money Balance are available to verified accounts in good standing. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with an active responsible gaming restriction, accounts under investigation, or accounts that have triggered fraud or AML controls may have withdrawal processing paused pending resolution.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals on fully verified accounts typically process within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within one to three business hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. 6.4 Bonus Balance Withdrawals

Bonus Balance funds and winnings generated from Bonus Balance wagers are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been fully met. If a withdrawal is initiated before wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. The Real Money Balance component of the account remains available for withdrawal at any time subject to the general withdrawal rules in this Section.

6.5 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments that are verified in your name and linked to your 777f Account. 777f will not transfer funds to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment instruments not verified under your KYC profile.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777f are subject to specific promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the promotion in question.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically without notice.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

777f actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gaming intent, coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms collectively, and exploiting technical errors or mispricings in promotional offers. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance removed and may have its account suspended or closed. 777f's determination in bonus abuse cases is final.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

777f reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, remove any promotion from the Platform, or discontinue any promotional programme at any time and without prior notice. Any bonuses that have already been credited to an account at the time a promotion is modified or withdrawn will be honoured subject to the terms that applied at the time the bonus was credited, unless the modification is required to correct a material error or as a result of regulatory requirements.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 777f Platform operates according to specific game rules provided within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing wagers. 777f accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to understand applicable game rules.

8.2 Random Number Generators & Certification

8.4 Sports Betting Rules

Bets on markets that are subsequently voided, for example due to match abandonment, will be settled according to the specific voiding rules published for that market. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform at valid odds form a binding contract and will be settled according to the actual outcome of the event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777f Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering more than one account for the same individual;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing or wagering funds that derive from unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting technical errors, mispricings, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, chip transferring, or match-fixing;

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals as a strategy to retain both a withdrawal and a deposit;

• Using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your true location for the purpose of bypassing access restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal system.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 777f

777f reserves the right to suspend an account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, if the account has been flagged by fraud or AML detection systems, if a responsible gaming tool applied to the account requires suspension, or if required to do so by applicable regulatory or legal obligations.

10.2 Closure by 777f

777f may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, where the account holder is found to have provided false identity information, where the account is associated with confirmed fraudulent activity, or where the account holder has been placed on a self-exclusion list. Upon closure for cause, any Real Money Balance may be retained by 777f pending investigation or forfeited where it is determined to derive from prohibited conduct.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 777f account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Accounts closed at the holder's request are not eligible for balance recovery requests after the closure has been confirmed.

10.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 777f may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with rates published on the Platform. You will receive a notification to your registered contact details before dormancy fees are first applied. 777f will make reasonable efforts to facilitate account reactivation upon request.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the 777f Platform is entirely at your own risk. 777f does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses that arise from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical failures beyond 777f's reasonable control.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777f excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption, even where 777f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 Gaming Losses

777f accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred as a result of your wagering decisions. All casino and sports betting outcomes involve financial risk. You acknowledge that the house edge and published RTP percentages mean that over time most players will lose more than they win. 777f does not represent or guarantee that any particular player will achieve profitable outcomes.

13.4 Third-Party Content
